12.3 Cap on Liability. phbonus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbonus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Third-Party Services. phbonus is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated into the phbonus platform.
13.1 By phbonus. phbonus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phbonus reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.
